My name is Indigo Lee, and I teach third grade. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Elementary Education and Integrated Sciences. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors with my family, reading a good book, and volunteering at a local horse sanctuary. My favorite children’s novel is One Crazy Summer by Rita Williams-Garcia. I love this book because it follows three young sisters on an exciting journey to find their personal and ethnic identities.
