Athletic Director/Assistant Principal

Ms. Claar began working as a high school athletic director in 2003 when she served as the Assistant Athletic Director at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School (2003-2006). In the fall of 2006, she became the Athletic Director at Bloomfield Hills Lahser High School. In 2009, she accepted the job as Athletic Director at Ypsilanti Lincoln High School.

Prior to her work in high school administration, Ms. Claar spent five years working with the Detroit Pistons/Detroit Shock in their community relations department. She also spent two seasons as a graduate assistant women’s basketball coach at the University of Detroit Mercy.
